Version: 4.0.47-->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Comunicado FGR 128\/21&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>&nbsp;a 12 de abril de 2021.- A trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delincuencia Organizada (SEIDO), la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), obtuvo sentencia condenatoria de 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en contra de cinco personas por el delito de secuestro agravado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-366946\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO1.jpg 432w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El 01 de marzo del 2018 se inici\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n por el secuestro de un comerciante, ocurrido en febrero de ese a\u00f1o, en el municipio de Poza Rica de Hidalgo, Veracruz, siendo liberado el mes siguiente, tras permanecer ocho d\u00edas en cautiverio.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-366947\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO2.jpg 432w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO2-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado del trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n y de inteligencia coordinado por el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF), fue posible identificar a Alexander \u201cD\u201d como la persona que, entre otros, planific\u00f3, realiz\u00f3 las llamadas de negociaci\u00f3n, cuid\u00f3 y liber\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima, por lo que el 04 de agosto del 2018 se obtuvo orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra, otorgada por el Juez de Distrito del Centro Nacional Penal Federal en Xalapa, Veracruz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-366948\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO3.jpg 432w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO3-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El 07 de agosto de 2018 se tuvo conocimiento de otro secuestro, por lo que mediante operativo policial se logr\u00f3 su liberaci\u00f3n y la detenci\u00f3n en flagrancia de Irvinc \u201cF\u201d, Luis \u201cM\u201d, Nicol\u00e1s \u201cG\u201d y Miguel \u201cC\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"432\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-366949\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO4.jpg 432w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/PRISION-EN-CONTRA-DE-CINCO-PERSONAS-POR-EL-DELITO-DE-SECUESTRO4-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El 14 de agosto del 2018, en audiencia se obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Irvinc \u201cF\u201d, Luis \u201cM\u201d, Nicol\u00e1s \u201cG\u201d y Miguel \u201cC\u201d, por los delitos de secuestro, delincuencia organizada, portaci\u00f3n de armas de fuego y posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito Armada y Fuerza A\u00e9rea Nacional, siendo recluidos en el CEFERESO 5, en Villa Aldama, Veracruz.
