por elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica Estatal y Municipal, ejecutaron la ma\u00f1ana de este martes, una orden firmada por el Juez Israel Alvarado, tendiente a desalojar de un inmueble, ubicado en la avenida San Luis Potos\u00ed s\/n, a una familia que quer\u00eda hacerlo propio por derecho de antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar, que en la entrada del predio en cuyo fondo hay viviendas que ser\u00edan derribadas, estaba un zagu\u00e1n de malla met\u00e1lica que fue cortado para permitir el acceso de las autoridades, no obstante, la resistencia f\u00edsica y verbal de los habitantes del inmueble, mayores de edad y j\u00f3venes, quienes exig\u00edan que les mostrar\u00e1n la orden original del lanzamiento, sin embargo, las autoridades ingresaron y llevaron a cabo la \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrevistado al respecto, el Licenciado C\u00e9sar Castillo Mendoza, representante de la propietaria del inmueble Sixta Velazco del \u00c1ngel, manifest\u00f3 que estaban d\u00e1ndole cumplimiento a una orden de un juez de lo civil, consistente en un lanzamiento para dar posesi\u00f3n a la due\u00f1a legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que, para tal efecto, se llev\u00f3 un proceso en donde los ahora desalojados tuvieron el derecho de defenderse, pero fueron o\u00eddos y vencidos en un juicio, y ahora &#8211; concluy\u00f3-, no hay m\u00e1s que ejecutar la orden del juez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es oportuno mencionar, que durante el desalojo se sacaron a la calle muebles, entre ellos, algunos de un quiropr\u00e1ctico, de origen japon\u00e9s llamado Jorge Luis Topa Pay Pay, quien ten\u00eda su consultorio en ese lugar; as\u00ed como un veh\u00edculo chatarra a bordo de una gr\u00faa, que las autoridades pretend\u00edan dejar
