inform\u00f3 entrevista exclusiva con Zunoticia que los \u00e1rbitros del otro colegio deber\u00edan silbar en la primera fuerza y no dejarse intimidar o dejarse llevar por algunos jugadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Villegas Ram\u00edrez coment\u00f3 al final del duelo entre su equipo e Improvisados, en donde el duelo culmin\u00f3 3 a 3, pero que no le molesta el resultado, ya que su equipo (Entre Brazas), iba ganando 3 \u2013 1; lo que le molest\u00f3 es que el silbante se dej\u00f3 influenciar por el \u00e1rbitro y jugador de Improvisados Hasler N\u00fa\u00f1ez quien dirigi\u00f3 en todo momento al \u00e1rbitro central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi Hasler le gritaba al silbante s\u00e1cale tarjeta amarilla y el nazareno lo obedec\u00eda; incluso el \u201cse\u00f1or de negro\u201d dej\u00f3 que los jugadores se pegaran y considero que estaba a favor del equipo rival y eso no debe ser, ya que el \u00e1rbitro debe ser imparcial y no beneficiar a un equipo o a otro\u201d, extern\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ram\u00f3n Villegas manifest\u00f3 que, solicitar\u00e1 por escrito al presidente de la LMFCL, que los silbantes del otro colegio de \u00e1rbitros deber\u00edan pitar en la primera fuerza;
