materia de justicia ind\u00edgena, de la Magistrada Luz Mar\u00eda Cabrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada Bernarda Reyes indic\u00f3 que la iniciativa busca mejorar el trabajo de los jueces y juezas auxiliares, partiendo de las experiencias de los propios integrantes de las comunidades y pueblos ind\u00edgenas, quienes los nombran por medio de una asamblea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl juez auxiliar tiene como prop\u00f3sito el impartir justicia al interior del \u00e1mbito comunitario y en la ley actual tienen este cargo por un t\u00e9rmino de tres a\u00f1os, y lo que se propone es que sea de un a\u00f1o, porque sabemos que al estar supeditados al desempe\u00f1o de un cargo no pueden ejercer otra funci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La legisladora indic\u00f3 que esta iniciativa ser\u00e1 tema para la consulta a pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo pr\u00f3ximamente, y parte de los trabajos a desarrollar al interior de las comisiones legislativas del Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n\/Zunoticia San Luis Potos\u00ed, S.L.P.- El Congreso del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de las diputadas Yolanda Josefina Cepeda Echavarr\u00eda, presidenta de la Directiva, y la diputada Bernarda Reyes Hern\u00e1ndez, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Ind\u00edgenas, recibi\u00f3 la iniciativa de reforma a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial del Estado, en sus art\u00edculos 66 y&hellip;
