fue establecido el 24 de febrero de 1934, pero la conmemoraci\u00f3n nacional fue oficialmente reconocida hasta 1940, por decreto del entonces presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, General L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas del R\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-24-at-2.58.03-PM-2-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-414757\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-24-at-2.58.03-PM-2-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-24-at-2.58.03-PM-2-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-24-at-2.58.03-PM-2-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-02-24-at-2.58.03-PM-2.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que su origen se remonta a 1821, posterior a la Independencia, cuando en la declaraci\u00f3n del &#8220;Plan de Iguala&#8221;, Agust\u00edn de Iturbide port\u00f3 la Bandera Trigarante, compuesta por los colores blanco, verde y rojo en franjas diagonales, los cuales significaban la religi\u00f3n cat\u00f3lica, Independencia de M\u00e9xico y la igualdad, y uni\u00f3n de los mexicanos con los espa\u00f1oles con las castas, sucesivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es oportuno destacar, que al precitado acto c\u00edvico acudieron la presidenta del Sistema DIF Municipal, Carol Guadalupe Lara Flores;
