En la investigaci\u00f3n se verific\u00f3 la identidad del imputado, quien fue identificado las iniciales T.T.M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En otra acci\u00f3n, se ejecut\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra una persona de iniciales J.C.O, tambi\u00e9n por delito contra los animales, derivado lo acontecido el 03 de marzo en Zempoala, cuando en la localidad de San Antonio Oxtoyuca, otro canino fue atacado con disparo de arma de fuego, provoc\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos imputados se acogieron al plazo constitucional de 72 horas para que se resuelva sobre su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y permanecen en medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n\/Zunoticia Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) a trav\u00e9s de su Divisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n cumpli\u00f3 dos \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n respecto de dos personas, por su probable responsabilidad en hechos de delitos contra los animales.
