del ISSSTE inici\u00f3 un plant\u00f3n y una huelga de hambre de parte del doctor Eduardo Ju\u00e1rez Machuca, para pedir la destituci\u00f3n de la directora de esa cl\u00ednica ante una serie de supuestos despidos e injusticias que presuntamente&nbsp;
