Carlos Olivares Monta\u00f1o, l\u00edder en el municipio, joven quien ha recibido dicho reconocimiento por representar a la juventud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste bast\u00f3n se nos fue entregado a su servidor y a otros j\u00f3venes m\u00e1s ya que simboliza una forma de representaci\u00f3n y de liderazgo entre la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n ya que nuestro actuar en acciones sociales y actividades dirigidas para incrementar los efectos de esta transformaci\u00f3n crezcan\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el C.
