Catalino Baltazar Concepci\u00f3n, Director del \u00e1rea de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del municipio de Tlanchinol, quien afirm\u00f3 que desde muy temprana hora de este jueves se ha presentado un derrumbe de gran dimensi\u00f3n sobre la v\u00eda de comunicaci\u00f3n que va de la comunidad de Chalchocotipa &#8211;
