<\/strong>Con el objetivo de que los municipios emitan licencias de funcionamiento de giros de bajo impacto a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma Visor Urbano Hidalgo, la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (Sedeco) a trav\u00e9s de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Mejora Regulatoria (Coemere) imparti\u00f3 talleres pr\u00e1cticos a m\u00e1s de 100 funcionarios municipales de las regiones del Valle de Mezquital, Altiplano, Huasteca y de Tulancingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se brind\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n a funcionarios p\u00fablicos de 30 municipios en temas como recertificaci\u00f3n del SARE (PROSARE); Adopci\u00f3n del modelo de Telecomunicaciones, beneficios y su respectiva certificaci\u00f3n PROREFORMA; y asistencia a la capacitaci\u00f3n regional para la Implementaci\u00f3n de la Plataforma Visor Urbano Hidalgo; y actualizaci\u00f3n del Reglamento de la Comisi\u00f3n Municipal de Mejora Regulatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00e1reas municipales invitadas a participar en estos talleres y capacitaciones son Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, Reglamentos, Obras P\u00fablicas y\/o Desarrollo Urbano, Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Tesorer\u00eda, Medio Ambiente y\/o Ecolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En estos encuentros participaron el titular de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Mejora Regulatoria (COEMERE), Andr\u00e9s Manning;
