8 de las cuales ya operan y 3 m\u00e1s ya est\u00e1n construidas y pr\u00f3ximas a operar, as\u00ed lo se\u00f1ala el Director Regional de los programas sociales Bienestar en Sierra y Huasteca, Gelacio Vel\u00e1zquez Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeramente, dijo que el prop\u00f3sito de la construcci\u00f3n de las instituciones bancarias Bienestar se realiza con el objetivo de garantizar el derecho a la inclusi\u00f3n financiera, por lo que las instituciones bancarias se distribuyen a todo lo largo y ancho de la regi\u00f3n y del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explica que al momento se tienen instituciones bancarias de Bienestar construidas y operando: 1 en Lolotla cabecera, 2 Huitepec, 1 Tlanchinol, 3 Calnali cabecera, 4 Yahualica cabecera, 5 Atlapexco cabecera, 6 INPI Huejutla, 7 SADER Huejutla y 8 Santa Cruz Huejutla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, expone que se tienen 3 instituciones bancarias de Bienestar construidas y pr\u00f3ximas a operar que se ubican: 9 en Mecatl\u00e1n, Yahualica, 10 Huitzitzilingo, San Felipe Orizatl\u00e1n y 11 Jaltoc\u00e1n cabecera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, indica que tambi\u00e9n se tienen sucursales bancarias Bienestar en proceso de construcci\u00f3n: 12 en Las Piedras, San Felipe Orizatl\u00e1n, 13 Tlanchinol cabecera y 14 Huazalingo cabecera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s adelante, detalla que tambi\u00e9n se tienen Predios en proceso de entrega para la construcci\u00f3n de las sucursales bancarias Bienestar: 15 en Texcapa, Tepehuac\u00e1n y 16 Tepehuac\u00e1n cabecera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gelacio Vel\u00e1zquez, concluye que se tienen Predios en proceso de certeza jur\u00eddica y obras complementarias: 17 en Huautla cabecera, 18 Xochiatipan cabecera, 19 San Felipe Orizatl\u00e1n Cabecera, 20 Coacuilco Huejutla, 21 Ixcatl\u00e1n, Huejutla y 22 Papatlatla, Calnali.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Enedino Hern\u00e1ndez\/Zunoticia Huejutla, Hgo.- Las Sucursales Bancarias Bienestar deber\u00e1n de estar operando al 100% para el mes de junio del a\u00f1o en curso en esta regi\u00f3n;
