P., enfrenta al menos dos denuncias en la agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico del Fuero Com\u00fan, por el delito de despojo y otra en el Juzgado Primero Civil y Familiar, por&nbsp; adjudicaci\u00f3n ilegal de una propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las denuncias quedaron asentadas en los expedientes 05-2023-0106 y 1106-2022 que obran en ambos despachos y el imputado fue apercibido de su condici\u00f3n legal desde el pasado 13 de octubre del 2022, en el Juzgado Familiar y el 31 de enero del 2023, fecha en la que le fue interpuesta la querella ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico de esta ciudad por la parte agraviada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la declaraci\u00f3n de la parte agraviada, el imputado presuntamente se encuentra ocupando de manera ilegal una propiedad ubicada en la Quinta las Bugambilias, debido que no quiere dejar el inmueble que le rentaron y ahora pretende despojar al due\u00f1o y quedarse con la propiedad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante los se\u00f1alamientos en contra de la persona en menci\u00f3n, personal de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo y del Juzgado Civil, est\u00e1n integrando los expedientes y ya solicitaron la intervenci\u00f3n de peritos en topograf\u00eda para realizar el deslinde de la fracci\u00f3n que pretende adue\u00f1arse&nbsp; Jos\u00e9 Antonio, quien en caso de no ceder, ser\u00e1 judicializado al Juzgado Penal de La Lima, Jaltoc\u00e1n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Francisco Rosas\/Zunoticia Huejutla, Hgo.- Jos\u00e9 Antonio V.
