Edgar Alfredo Ogendis, dio el mensaje de bienvenida a esta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, donde estuvieron presentes 6 municipios de la sierra y huasteca, Atlapexco, Huautla, Calnali, Huejutla, Xochiatipan y Tlanchinol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/eZy-Watermark_14-12-2023_08-56-41-7790p.m.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-518218\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Quienes recibieron una capacitaci\u00f3n en materia de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Control Interno, misma que fue impartida por Dr. Rafael Herrera Mac\u00edas, Secretario General de la Red de Monitoreo Ciudadano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera el mensaje por parte de la Secretaria T\u00e9cnica de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Contralores Estado &#8211; Municipios, fue a cargo de la Lic. Patricia S. Garc\u00eda en representaci\u00f3n de la Lic. Karla Paola Tovar Mart\u00ednez y el Lic. Jos\u00e9 Alberto Briones D\u00edaz en representaci\u00f3n del Ing.
