N., a quien presuntamente fueron a agredir a su casa un grupo de v\u00e1ndalos y para proteger su integridad y la de su familia accion\u00f3 su arma de fuego como una medida de defensa propia, y en este hecho salieron lesionados Sa\u00fal, Abraham y Bartolom\u00e9 N.
