se\u00f1al\u00f3 que por estos motivos se ha visto afectada la ciudadan\u00eda; por lo que es importante y necesario reformar la Constituci\u00f3n y autorizar la portaci\u00f3n de armas a los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que las afectaciones las han sufrido principalmente ciudadanos y j\u00f3venes que no tienen ninguna situaci\u00f3n que ver con la delincuencia que azota el pa\u00eds, se han visto afectados, porque se han registrado homicidios, tales son los casos recientes suscitados en Celaya y Salvatierra en Guanajuato, as\u00ed como en el sur del Estado de M\u00e9xico, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detalla que por estos motivos, los integrantes de la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Abogados Liberales (FENAL) piden que se proceda a reformar la Constituci\u00f3n, que se permita y se autorice la portaci\u00f3n de armas a los ciudadanos para la defensa personal, la defensa de su propia vida y la de su familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expone que esto es un valor fundamental que debemos de tener como ciudadanos ante la creciente ola de inseguridad que se tiene en el pa\u00eds \u201cesperamos que en el Congreso federal promuevan este tipo de reformas Constitucionales, ojal\u00e1 puedan tomar cartas en el asunto y resuelvan sobre esta situaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Enedino Hern\u00e1ndez\/Zunoticia Huejutla, Hgo.- En base a los recientes acontecimientos que se han registrado en el pa\u00eds, en los cuales se observa que impera la ola de inseguridad por territorio mexicano, el coordinador regional de la Federaci\u00f3n Nacional de Abogados Liberales (FENAL), Ejemer Aquileo Vargas S\u00e1enz;
