Adem\u00e1s, no es necesario trasladarse a la capital del estado, ya que pueden enviar su solicitud junto con los requisitos a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma web https:\/\/ihce.hidalgo.gob.mx\/ o https:\/\/encargo.bpmservicio.com.mx\/.
