E. G. S., expresidente municipal de Pachuca de Soto, responsable de hechos que la ley sanciona como peculado, as\u00ed como uso il\u00edcito de facultades y atribuciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que obran en dos carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n, ocurrieron durante la administraci\u00f3n municipal en el periodo 2012-2016, lapso en el que sin la debida autorizaci\u00f3n del cabildo, celebr\u00f3 12 convenios que ocasionaron al ayuntamiento un detrimento financiero de 37 millones 476 mil pesos, sumada a esa investigaci\u00f3n se le atribuyen la firma il\u00edcita de contratos por 22&nbsp; millones 339 mil pesos, con la empresa Publirex, para la instalaci\u00f3n de anuncios publicitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que estos actos fueron denunciados ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico, se iniciaron las investigaciones correspondientes y con base en los datos de prueba se solicit\u00f3 al juez de control orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra E. E. G. S., misma que fue concedida y ejecutada por agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n, el pasado 3 de febrero en esta ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que E. G. G.
