G. R., expresidente municipal de Tizayuca investigado por peculado agravado y uso il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos por los que se le investiga al ex funcionario p\u00fablico ocurrieron entre el 21 de enero y el 31 de agosto de 2020, cuando autoriz\u00f3 ilegalmente diversas \u00f3rdenes de pago a favor del exsecretario de la tesorer\u00eda y administraci\u00f3n de dicho municipio, asimismo, de manera ilegal firm\u00f3 un contrato para la adquisici\u00f3n de mobiliario, en suma, se indaga el destino de 25 millones 309 trescientos nueve mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que lo ocurrido fue denunciado ante esta representaci\u00f3n social, se iniciaron las indagatorias contra G. G.
