Registro de marca, registro de aviso comercial y registro de marca comercial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el cual se invita a los j\u00f3venes de 18 a 29 a\u00f1os que cuenten con un negocio de emprendimiento a aprovechar esta oportunidad para que su negocio cuente con una identidad que los respalde y que le d\u00e9 formalidad a su servicio o producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El registro de marca otorga a la empresa o al negocio el derecho exclusivo e impide que terceras personas lo comercialicen sin su autorizaci\u00f3n, productos id\u00e9nticos o similares con la misma marca o una marca tan similar que pueda crear confusi\u00f3n, en t\u00e9rminos de las patentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n garantiza los siguientes beneficios: la convierte en un activo intangible para la empresa y permite que su protecci\u00f3n se extienda a todo el territorio nacional, tambi\u00e9n otorga el derecho a utilizar los s\u00edmbolos R (Registrada) o MR (Marca&nbsp;Registrada).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Gabriela Hern\u00e1ndez\/Zunoticia Jaltoc\u00e1n, Hgo.- El Instituto Mexicano de la juventud, preocupado por el bienestar y el crecimiento de los negocios de los emprendedores del municipio, pone a disposici\u00f3n la siguiente convocatoria, la cual tiene como fin otorgar el 90% de descuento en los siguientes rubros:&nbsp;
