el mismo d\u00eda que sucedi\u00f3 el tr\u00e1gico accidente se levant\u00f3 la demanda en contra de Marco Antonio Ruano Hern\u00e1ndez de Huitepec, Tlanchinol, Hidalgo y el n\u00famero de averiguaci\u00f3n es el 052024011735.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gonz\u00e1lez Rivera se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, su padre fue atropellaron con un veh\u00edculo Golf de la marca Volkswagen (VW), de color negro, conducido presuntamente por Marco N, el autom\u00f3vil referido perdi\u00f3 el control e invadi\u00f3 la banqueta, derrib\u00f3 un poste de Telmex y un anuncio met\u00e1lico, para finalmente terminar arrollando a su padre.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/eZy-Watermark_27-10-2024_05-19-30-0870p.m.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-568583\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Don Alejo.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Menciona el hijo Don Alejo que \u201cfue trasladado de emergencia a la cl\u00ednica del ISSSTE de Pachuca, Hidalgo, estuvo internado 3 semanas y lo dieron de alta, pero est\u00e1 en estado vegetativo a ra\u00edz del brutal accidente, los gastos m\u00e9dicos son incalculables y el MP no le hace justicia;
