El presunto homicida, quien el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles atropell\u00f3 a dos personas sobre la v\u00eda federal \u00c1lamo-Tamazunchale, a la altura del entronque a Huautla, en donde un menor de edad perdi\u00f3 la vida en el Hospital Integral de Atlapexco, fue puesto en libertad por un juez de control del juzgado penal de la Lima Jaltoc\u00e1n, durante su audiencia inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presunto homicida imprudencial Manuel N., la tarde del pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 12 de marzo, al manejar en estado de ebriedad atropell\u00f3 a Yahir N., de 22 a\u00f1os y el menor Jes\u00fas N., de 5 a\u00f1os, este \u00faltimo falleci\u00f3 casi instant\u00e1neamente por las graves lesiones; mientras que Yahir, por la gravedad de su situaci\u00f3n fue llevado a un hospital de Pachuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que el presunto responsable fuera detenido por polic\u00edas municipales y entregado a la Guardia Nacional Carreteras, fue presentado ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico del Fuero Com\u00fan, quien lo turn\u00f3 ante un juez de control y tras haberse llevado una audiencia inicial, decidi\u00f3 que su caso lo llevar\u00e1 en libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, familiares del menor finado y del joven herido de gravedad en este atropellamiento, exigen justicia para sus familiares y acci\u00f3n penal para el presunto responsable de este homicidio imprudencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Roberto Ram\u00edrez \/Zunoticia Jaltoc\u00e1n, Hgo. &#8211;
