Nallely Garc\u00eda Cruz, quien, adem\u00e1s de ponerlos en movimiento, les habl\u00f3 sobre la importancia de incluir una dieta adecuada y establecer un estilo de vida saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"684\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/eZy-Watermark_06-05-2025_08-13-09-3280p.m.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-591771\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 actividad fue coordinada por la Lic. Al t\u00e9rmino de la actividad se le otorg\u00f3 un reconocimiento a la instructora, en agradecimiento a su apoyo, de manos del M.C.
