C. A., R. C. P., A. J. O. L. y M. R. H., investigadas por hechos que la ley sanciona como secuestro agravado, cometido contra dos elementos de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se les investiga por delitos contra la salud, en su modalidad de narcomenudeo, en su hip\u00f3tesis de posesi\u00f3n con fines de suministro, y posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito, Armada y Fuerza A\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que son materia de la imputaci\u00f3n ocurrieron el pasado 06 de julio de 2025, en la localidad de La Loma, municipio de Pachuca de Soto, donde fueron detenidos por haber privado de la libertad y posteriormente agredido a golpes a dos elementos de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la PGJEH, quienes fallecieron a consecuencia de las lesiones provocadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social les formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y solicit\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso; sin embargo, se acogieron a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional de 144 horas para que se resuelva su situaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad judicial les dict\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y program\u00f3 la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia para el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 11 de julio a las 13:30 horas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n\/Zunoticia Pachuca, Hgo.- Agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscritos a la Unidad Especializada en Homicidio Doloso y Narcomenudeo formularon hoy imputaci\u00f3n contra cuatro personas identificadas con iniciales V.
