M. C., de esta ciudad, es la persona que supuestamente adquiri\u00f3 un pr\u00e9stamo de alrededor de 60 mil pesos, pero han pasado los tiempos establecidos y se ha negado a pagar, por lo que la parte agraviada de nombre T. H.
