jueves 5 de febrero un aniversario m\u00e1s de la Promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos de 1917, mediante un acto c\u00edvico de izamiento de bandera realizado en la explanada del reloj municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento cont\u00f3 con la presencia de directores de las distintas \u00e1reas de la Presidencia Municipal, integrantes de la escolta de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, la Banda de Guerra del CECyTEH, as\u00ed como alumnos y docentes de la Escuela Secundaria General No. 2 de Huejutla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la ceremonia, una alumna de la Escuela Secundaria General No. 2 dio lectura a la rese\u00f1a hist\u00f3rica de la Promulgaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n de 1917, destacando su relevancia en la vida pol\u00edtica y social del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se resalt\u00f3 que este hecho, ocurrido hace 109 a\u00f1os, marc\u00f3 un parteaguas en la historia de M\u00e9xico al incorporar importantes derechos sociales, lo que convirti\u00f3 a la Constituci\u00f3n de 1917 en la primera Carta Magna en el mundo en reconocer de manera expl\u00edcita los derechos de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure
