R. V. M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que se investigan se registraron el pasado 17 de mayo de 2026 en Actopan, donde la v\u00edctima identificada con iniciales D. M. R. C., fue atacada con disparos de arma de fuego, caus\u00e1ndole lesiones que provocaron su muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos la PGJEH recibi\u00f3 la puesta a disposici\u00f3n de un hombre identificado como E. R. V. M., como probable responsable y el Ministerio P\u00fablico se alleg\u00f3 de datos de prueba en su contra, mismos que present\u00f3 ante la autoridad judicial en audiencia inicial en la que formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y solicit\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, sin embargo, el&nbsp;imputado se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional de 144 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia que se llev\u00f3 a cabo hoy, esta representaci\u00f3n social consigui\u00f3 de un juez de control, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para E. R. V.
