Los afectados del apag\u00f3n refieren que desde el pasado viernes por la noche se quedaron sin este servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bloqueo afecta a cientos de conductores, quienes tienen la necesidad de circular de manera libre sobre esta vialidad y hoy se han quedado varados.
