proyectos productivos en la regi\u00f3n Huasteca, la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales del Estado de Hidalgo, a trav\u00e9s del Centro de Educaci\u00f3n y Capacitaci\u00f3n Ambiental Regi\u00f3n Huasteca (CECAH), llev\u00f3 a cabo un Taller Pr\u00e1ctico de Cultivo de Micelio para la Producci\u00f3n de Hongos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el taller, los asistentes aprendieron las diferentes etapas del cultivo de micelio y en una primera fase se efectu\u00f3 la pasteurizaci\u00f3n del sustrato, procedimiento que consiste en desinfectar completamente el material org\u00e1nico que servir\u00e1 como medio de cultivo para garantizar un desarrollo adecuado del hongo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped pr\u00e1ctica las t\u00e9cnicas necesarias para la producci\u00f3n de hongos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicol\u00e1s Reyes Ramos, destac\u00f3 que este tipo de capacitaciones forman parte de las estrategias para impulsar un Hidalgo m\u00e1s sustentable, promoviendo proyectos que favorecen la econom\u00eda circular, el aprovechamiento responsable de los recursos naturales y la generaci\u00f3n de alternativas
