Version: 4.0.47-->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La obra permitir\u00e1 resolver de fondo los problemas de encharcamientos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La vialidad tendr\u00e1 una vida \u00fatil de aproximadamente 30 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por Redacci\u00f3n\/Zunoticia<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.-<\/strong> Por instrucci\u00f3n del gobernador Julio Menchaca, la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura P\u00fablica y Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible (SIPDUS) llev\u00f3 a cabo la pavimentaci\u00f3n en concreto hidr\u00e1ulico del acceso principal del fraccionamiento Rancho La Colonia, en Pachuca, con la finalidad de evitar problemas recurrentes de encharcamientos e inundaciones en esta vialidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la dependencia, Alejandro S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda, explic\u00f3 que la entrada a esta colonia se vio afectada debido a un dren pluvial inconcluso y el sistema de drenaje sanitario que perjudicaba el funcionamiento de ambas redes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de lo anterior, se produc\u00edan continuamente encharcamientos e inundaciones que terminaron por debilitar la estructura y da\u00f1ar de manera considerable el pavimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Zunoticia.com-1-138-1024x538.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-642815\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Zunoticia.com-1-138-1024x538.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Zunoticia.com-1-138-300x158.png 300w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Zunoticia.com-1-138-768x403.png 768w, https:\/\/www.zunoticia.com\/noticias-de-hidalgo\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Zunoticia.com-1-138.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este escenario, se tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de intervenir 1.59 kil\u00f3metros lineales con pavimento hidr\u00e1ulico de 15 cent\u00edmetros de espesor y una vida \u00fatil de 30 a\u00f1os aproximadamente, adem\u00e1s de concluir la red de drenaje pluvial con tuber\u00eda de 30 pulgadas y ampliar la red de drenaje sanitario, con una inversi\u00f3n total de 22 millones 103 mil 965 pesos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas labores ser\u00e1 posible mantener en buen estado la v\u00eda, pues se contar\u00e1 con una mayor capacidad de captaci\u00f3n pluvial, reduciendo el riesgo de inundaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Redacci\u00f3n\/Zunoticia Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.- Por instrucci\u00f3n del gobernador Julio Menchaca, la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura P\u00fablica y Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible (SIPDUS) llev\u00f3 a cabo la pavimentaci\u00f3n en concreto hidr\u00e1ulico del acceso principal del fraccionamiento Rancho La Colonia, en Pachuca, con la finalidad de evitar problemas recurrentes de encharcamientos e inundaciones en esta vialidad.
