M. P., en el momento que presuntamente comercializaba narc\u00f3ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento de su detenci\u00f3n, el ahora imputado se encontraba en posesi\u00f3n de hierba verde con caracter\u00edsticas de mariguana, una b\u00e1scula gramera y un arma de fuego tipo rev\u00f3lver, abastecida con cartuchos \u00fatiles. P.
