objetivo de fortalecer el turismo gastron\u00f3mico y promover la riqueza culinaria el presidente municipal de Huejutla, Alfredo San Rom\u00e1n Duval, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de autoridades estatales, inaugur\u00f3 y recorri\u00f3 el tianguis Gastron\u00f3mico, ubicado sobre la plaza Revoluci\u00f3n Mexicana, como parte de las fiestas del Tlajtoli 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este espacio se consolida como una plataforma para preservar, promover y proyectar la gastronom\u00eda tradicional, con impacto directo en las comunidades y en la transmisi\u00f3n intergeneracional de saberes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure autoridades reiteraron la invitaci\u00f3n para que habitantes, visitantes nacionales e internacionales acudan a esta segunda edici\u00f3n que, adem\u00e1s de ofrecer una amplia muestra gastron\u00f3mica, mejora la econom\u00eda de las familias de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La apertura de este pabell\u00f3n representa una oportunidad para fortalecer la oferta tur\u00edstica, destacando el sabor, el talento y las tradiciones, siendo un espacio como punto de encuentro en el que los pueblos intercambiar\u00e1n conocimientos, historia y sabores mediante una amplia variedad de
